meet Todd woods

Todd was born and raised in the Comox Valley. Todd and his wife Amy, live in Cumberland, BC with their 3 beautiful kids.

After many years in the construction industry, moving into the home inspection industry was a natural transition. He has a good understanding on what the weather on the North Coast of the island means for wear and tear on houses and understands how houses are built from the inside out. He enjoys talking to people about what he has found and likes to suggest ways in which to fix those issues..

"You can pay for an inspection that is ok, or you can get a careful detailed home inspection done by Woods Home Inspections. Thanks Todd!"
- Wayne and Linda Goodwin

15 years in the construction industry, including custom home builds, general contracting and foreman positions.

Trained as a home inspector under Rick Neuveax of Action Home Inspections, Gary Dry of Clarity Home Inspections and Jim Harding of Cover Your Assets Home Inspections.

Finished the Carson Dunlop Home Inspector Training Course with an 'A' average. Completed Level 1 WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) inspection with an 'A' average.

Woods Home Inspections wants to give you confidence in your decision to buy or sell your home. If you are buying, we can find issues not obvious to the untrained eye. Or if selling, we can perform a pre-sale inspection which will eliminate any surprises before you decide to put your home on the market. Maintenance lists for your current home are great too, as we can catch issues before they become an expensive problem. However, when there are bigger problems present, we will be sure to let you know and offer the suggestions you need to find the solution.

"Todd takes plenty of time to walk us through every section of his reports and seems truly happy to answer all of our questions. Todd is professional and also passionate about his work."

- Crystal Vuorela
